Sweet Corn Bread

I've made this twice now. The first time I followed everything except I substituted Greek yogurt for sour cream. It was very good and my kids liked it so much they requested it tonight. I substituted apple sauce for the butter and again used Greek yogurt instead of sour cream. It was even better. Thanks for the recipe and we will be eating this a lot this cold winter season!

Greek Lemon Cake

Great cake! I used a bundt pan since I don't have a tube pan. I used Greek yogurt, all purpose flour less 2 tbs per cup, and 1/2 cup applesauce for 1/2 of the butter. I dusted with powdered sugar and it was terrific....even the kids liked it!

Quick and Easy Pizza Crust

I made this dough for my daughter's 8th birthday party. I tripled the recipe and divided the dough into pieces. Each child was able to make their own pizza. I made the dough just as written x 3 and it was perfect. The girls said it was better than the pizza parlor!

Baked Omelet Roll

We love this recipe. I do heat the pan in the oven first. I also process all the ingredients in the blender to make sure it's smooth and fluffy. I tried it with less flour, but we like it just as written. My 7 year old requests rolled egg nearly every weekend.

Slow Cooker Macaroni and Cheese I

This is a great recipe! I made it for my daugher's parent potluck dinner and it turned out great. I doubled the recipe and added 1 tsp dry mustard, 1 tsp paprika, and 1/2 tsp. cayenne pepper to the mix. Several people have asked for the recipe. This is a keeper!

Slow-Cooked, Texas-Style Beef Brisket

I loved this recipe. The largest brisket I could find was not quite 8 lbs. I have a large oval crock pot and had to fold the brisket (fat side up) to fit it in the pot. I added the coffee and set the timer for the max...20 hours. After 4 hours, I added the other 4 hours. We ate it the first time right out of the pot without sauce. I shredded it and added the sauce for our second dinner. It was good as well.
