Grilled Salmon I
absolutely delicious! We followed advice and grilled it face down first for 7 min, then flipped the fillet over on the skin side for the remainder 7 mins. PERFECT! the skin did stick to the grill, but it was kind of nice because it took the skin off for us! :)
