Smothered Chicken Breasts

A very good recipe, we did use turkey bacon. I know it would have been even better with real bacon. How can you go wrong with bacon cheese and onion? Comfort food at it's best and so easy to make

Pasta with Asparagus

This was an excelent dish that complemented the parmasen crusted chicken... I will say next time I will use some garlic and add the crushed red pepper during the cooking phase. This is DEFFINATELY in my do again file!! A wonderful change from the tomatoe base pasta sauces... Even the kids ate it. (but they are pretty good at veggies with a bit of bribery)

Makeover Fruit Pizza

Took this to 4th of July party double the recipee and used a rectangle pan ... used strawberries, blue berries, and rasberries and made the flag. It was a HIT. Older guests said that they had not seen this kind of desert since they were kids younger couples were in awe... and its sooooo easy!!!! and YUUUUUMMMY!!!!

Rosemary Ranch Chicken Kabobs

this was by far one of the few my entire family gobbled up and looked for more! This will go into the gotta have again lists. One extra layer of flavor is to soak the skewers in Rosemary water! YUMMY... wouldnt change another thing

I was very surprised that we liked this but it went down wonderfully then I made it for the family I work for and again it was a all thumbs up! (took out nuts due to allergies but still went over GREAT)

Dijon-Tarragon Cream Chicken

I made this recipe, substitued Heavy Cream with half and half added a few more herbs and spices not much bit of onion just a touch. EVERYONE in the family gobbled it up even the little ones! Will DEFINATLY make this again. I did double the sauce so there would be enough to for everyone to drizzle over onto the rice
