I used this as a base recipe as we tend to like our food with more spice and flavor then most ppl. Here are the changes I made; 1 rottiserie chicken, 1 cup each - celery, onion, 1 cup+ carrots, 3/4 tsp garlic powder, double liquid using 3tsp chicken base, doubled spices - substituted parsley for Thyme and no celery salt, added 2 pinches of italian seasoning). These changes resulted in more filling then 1 pie. So I took another reviewers advise and with an extra pie crust I made 3 individual ramekin chicken pot pies - I froze these and look forward to eating them during lunch.
