I am a grad student at Syracuse University who is just starting to explore baking. I've always liked it, and need a stress release, so it seemed like a good time to start it up again.

My favorite family cooking traditions
Baking a cake for Christmas every year and pumpkin pie for every major holiday. Also home made chicken noodle soup. :) Lots of dough testing; yes, even on the noodles. I was a disturbing little thing, I know.
My cooking triumphs
Eclairs back in high school. I haven't made them again since, but they were pretty awesome.
My cooking tragedies
Burning ramen. I have the attention span of maybe a five year old. Probably more like a three year old, or younger.
