Sweet Potato Casserole with Pecans

Great recipe. Have made it for Thanksgiving for years. Grandkids still like it topped with marshmallows, so do it with half pecan topping and half topped with marshmallows. Everyone is happy.

Magic Cookie Bars from EAGLE BRAND®

Have made this recipe for years but haven't made it in a long while. The family raved like I had never made it before. Did add toffee chips as an added crunch and only made it better. Will not wait so long to make again.

Enchilada Casserole III

Great recipe. I used canned enchilada sauce like many other reviewers and worked fine. Did not care for it reheated though. Too mushy and dry when reheated.

Chocolate Cakes with Liquid Centers

Great recipe. Added 1 tsp of vanilla. Watch your cooking time carefully. Easy to overcook and will continue to cook when removed from oven and allowed to sit a while. Warms up in microwave good too.
