Juicy Lucy Burgers

Maria's Pepper Steak

This tasted like chinese take-out. I did follow the tips given by others-I thickened the sauce with a flour and milk mixture. I also added bamboo shoots and water chestnuts. The meat was very tender-I removed the veggies, like suggested, and I cooked the meat on medium with all the liquid ingredients til almost done then added the veggies til the meat was completely done.

Charley's Slow Cooker Mexican Style Meat

This was really good, especially the day after. I cut down the chili powder, cayenne pepper, and hot sauce by half-it still had a good kick to it. Like suggested I added a beef bullion cube and after shredding beef added it back to the crock pot for 1.5 hours.

Easy Slow Cooker French Dip

VERY GOOD. VERY TENDER IF YOU CUT IT THEN PUT BACK IN SLOW COOKER FOR ABOUT AN HOUR. I ALSO LET THIS COOK ON LOW OVERNIGHT.
