Butter Cake
REALLY moist and delicious cake. I substituted the milk with vanilla soy milk, and poured the mixture into a 9 in. square pan. The cake was browned on top after 30 minutes and had a really spongy, moist texture. Also, I made butterscotch topping with random stuff from my cabinet. 1 stick butter 2 cups butterscotch chips 1 cup dark brown sugar 1 tsp. vanilla extract I cooked down the sauce on my stovetop, then poured the sauce over the cake immediately after it came out of the oven. SO good!!

Peanut Noodles
Easy recipe, and really delicious with a few changes! Crunchy peanut butter is essential to give the noodles some texture. I tossed the noodles with 2 tbsp. of sesame oil, but used an additional 1 tbsp. to make the sauce. I also added 3 minced garlic cloves to the sauce, and switched out the hot water for chicken stock. Lastly, I substituted the crushed red pepper flakes for 1 tbsp. of hot chili oil (avoid this if you don't want your noodles too spicy). These changes gave the recipe some depth and texture, and it turned out really well!

Bry's Chocolate Lamb Chili
I found this recipe a few years ago, and it's been in my regular rotation ever since! Boyfriend asks me to make this chili all the time. This recipe is great as written. Add a little shredded mozzarella and hot sauce to garnish, and this is a great meal.
