Blueberry Bread I
I usually make a recipe as is the first time, but this time I used a few of the hints in the other reviews and I'm so glad I did! I used 1 c. white sugar and 1/2 c. of brown sugar (next time will use a bit less), added some vanilla and cinnamon. Baked it in a 12 in. loaf pan for about 55 min. No walnuts...didn't have any, but it's fine without. Tastes like a zucchini bread, but with blueberries and not quite as dense...just as I hoped it would!

Chocolate Oil Cake
I was a little nervous after mixing this up and seeing how thin the batter was and the way it smelled because of the vinegar...but let me tell you...this is one delicious cake! I did add some chocolate chips and a little extra vanilla to it after reading some other reviews, but I think it would still be perfect without them. Try this cake...I don't think you'll be disappointed!!

Libby's(R) Famous Pumpkin Pie
THE BEST! I've been using this recipe for years. I always use the large can of pumpkin to make two pies because one is never enough in our house! To "benbauer"...I also end up with too much filling for two pies. Not sure if its because I only use the frozen deep dish crusts (never been a from scratch crust maker), but I just spray a small pie plate and bake the extra filling in that and have an extra crustless mini pie...yum!
