What a great easy and interesting flavored cheesecake. This is not as sweet as it may sound. The flaky crescent roll layers really puff and the cream cheese mixture smooths it all out. You don't need to massage the crescent dough much. I just laid them in the pan and squeezed the breaks together. Even had one triangle separate, just pinched back to gether and it worked great. The combination of flavors is fantastic. Actually substittued a bit of brown sugar for the white sugar, about half and half for a bit more flavor. Also doubled the vanilla. Fantastic for people who want something sweet and savory.
