I added 3 cloves of garlic and 1 small red onion. Still was bland. Will probably make again but with more changes.

Slow-Cooker Corned Beef and Cabbage
This was great. Only change I made was adding a few beef bouillon cubes and cooked on Low. Veggies were not soggy at all. Used the leftovers the next couple days to make fantastic, mouthwatering Reubens. Thanks for the easy recipe!

I cut down the noodles to 6 oz and used diced tomatoes with garlic and onion. Mixed it all together and topped it with cheese. Needed more salt and pepper in the end. It was good, but will make a few changes next time and add extra seasonings.
