Karyn's Cream of Crab Soup

Reviewed: Sep. 2, 2013
I am from the eastern shore of MD - nothing beats Wye Mills crabs! I really liked this! It is rich, but good! I added the recommended Old Bay, plus some!

Roasted Red Potato Salad

Reviewed: Mar. 10, 2013
Just made this tonight. Very good! I did try what another member suggested and put the diced potatoes in a freezer bag & added salt, pepper, olive oil and a little dijon. Mixed everything all together really good, then dumped onto a cookie sheet to roast. Very good recipe! Thanks!

Slow-Cooker Barbecue Ribs

Reviewed: Sep. 24, 2012
Delicious! The only thing I did was use 1 C BBQ sauce & 1 C Ketchup instead of 2 cups. I also added a tablespoon or so of hot pepper flakes. I will make these again! Thanks!

Cheesy Chicken Meatballs

Reviewed: May 25, 2011
These are very good! I accidently omitted the oil, and only put in 1/2 the red pepper flakes, but they weren't dry and were sooo tasty!! I cooked them for 17 min exactly, but I think 15 would have done it. Thanks!!!

Mexican Style Shredded Pork

Reviewed: Mar. 24, 2011
Very good! My family really liked it! I didn't have lime for my rice, so I'm thinking Spanish Rice would have been better than just plain rice w/cilantro. We really liked this recipe!

Italian Fish Fillets

Reviewed: Feb. 22, 2011
I thought this was really tasty. I only used 1 can of italian diced tomatoes. I did saute the green pepper and onion in olive oil & garlic before adding the dressing (I didn't use low-fat). I also added red pepper flakes, salt and pepper. I served it with whole wheat penne pasta. I'll add this to my recipe box! Thanks!

Neat Sloppy Joes

Reviewed: Jan. 12, 2011
I haven't made sloppy joes in years, and this one tastes great!! I did not use the celery and instead of regular tomatoe soup, I used a can of Campbells Tomato bisque (without the water). My whole family liked these. I will def add to my rotation!

Italian Style Pork Chops

Reviewed: Oct. 28, 2010
These pork chops were sooo good! Nice and juicy and such great flavor! I used another reviewer's tip and sprayed the bottom of the dish with cooking spray and the crackers stayed crisp - no mushiness. Delicious - will def make again. Thanks for the great recipe!

Slow Cooker Buffalo Chicken Sandwiches

Reviewed: Oct. 27, 2010
I'm a huge fan of Franks Red Hot, which is what I used, and I loved this recipe! I didn't add the butter because when I tasted it, I didn't think it needed it. It was yummy. I did toast my buns and added a little bleu cheese dressing on top. I will make again and again. Thanks for the recipe!!

I thought this was excellent! I love salt, so I added some, but we loved this! My chicken breasts weren't that thick, so I only fried 3 minutes on each side. YUM!

Thai Peanut Noodle Stir-Fry

Reviewed: Feb. 16, 2010
I really didn't care for this too much -- way too sweet and I didn't even add the brown sugar. To be fair, I didn't have any sake, so maybe that would have made a difference. Sorry!

Broiled Halibut with Goat Cheese Crust

Reviewed: Feb. 3, 2010
Very Good! I used Talapia because I had it on hand. I also added a bit more milk and butter to the sauce for the plate to make it thinner. I will def make this over and over and have already shared it with some of my friends! Thanks!!
