Pad Kee Mow (Drunkard's Noodles)
I made this last night because we had some fish sauce and it seemed neat. It was super salty, but AWESOME. I did reduce the amount of noodles to 1/2 bag, add carrots instead of red pepper and cilantro instead of basil, but only because that is what I had on hand. I can't see how you could really mess this up adding/subtracting "chunks" in this recipe because the sauce is so good.

Jalapeno Pie Mini Tarts
I have made these over and over again for the last year. They are a spectacular way to use up all of the peppers in my garden. I just add the raw cut up garden peppers (Jalapenos, habaneros or whatever else is on hand)then follow the same recipe. This is also good with cilantro instead of the parsley. I have also done this with a TSP Garlic salt, TB of Cumin and a TB of coriander for a Mexican twist. This recipe has never let me down no matter how I switch it up.

Quick and Easy Alfredo Sauce
I did add the nutmeg as others suggested, however I also substituted 1/4 of the Parmesan cheese with fresh grated Romano. I added the cheese in the butter and cream cheese before adding the milk so that it was smooth. Not sure if it is because I used Skim milk, but we only needed half of the milk to reach a good consistency.
