Broiled Tilapia Parmesan

I loved this! I did take a few of the other reviewers suggestion and seasoned the fish first, I used Chesapeake bay seasoning, but old bay any other would be good also. I also used a little less butter. Very good, will definitely make this again. So easy!

After-Thanksgiving Turkey Soup

I really liked this. I was looking for a soup to make with my turkey stock and this was perfect. I already had the stock from thanksgiving so I skipped the first couple steps but it turned out great. I also agree with the other reviewers that it is even better the next day. It thickens up and is delicious.

Black Bean and Couscous Salad

I really liked this... very refreshing and filling. I did double the dressing as suggested in some of the comments and I'm glad I did. I also only used 1 can of black beans and it seemed to be plenty.

Avocado Dessert

I am a huge fan of avocados, so I thought I had to give this a try. Avocados were actually on sale for once so I figured there would be no better time. It wasn't horrible, but I couldn't get over the mindset that avocado should not be a dessert (and the green color didn't help either). To me Avocados belong in any dish that isn't dessert. I will not be making this again, but I can see how some people would like it very much.
