SO DELICIOUS!!! I couldn't stop eating them! I doubled the recipe and it made ~50. These are going to be my favorite for a while :D

Robbi's M&M Cookies

Reviewed: Feb. 12, 2010
People really liked these. I put them in for 9 minutes and they were bigger than a teaspoon, so they were kinda doughy and dense. I used 1/2 cup butter and 3/8 cup coconut oil so that they could be organic, and I think they were good.

They were okay. Nothing special. I feel like they didn't have much flavor.

Orange Chocolate Chip Cookies

Reviewed: Oct. 19, 2010
These were delicious! Interesting cookie for sure- I used almonds and they tasted really nutty. Definitely go with the semisweet chocolate chips because it makes it taste like one of those chocolate oranges. Really good texture. They came out good in spite of my low-quality college oven. ;) I'll make these again, and I'm considering adding crasins.

Oatmeal Peanut Butter Cookies III

Reviewed: Oct. 23, 2010
These were moist, soft, and delicious. The recipe makes too much filling, so next time I'll reduce it to maybe 3/4 the amount. The filling is also really rich, so it would probably be good to add less butter and some spices like cinnamon. Otherwise, these are as good as they look! :)

Super Moist Pumpkin Bread

Reviewed: Dec. 2, 2010
It was delicious, and I made it just as the recipe said, except that I used a deep square pan instead of two loaf pans. That, and my weird dorm oven caused it to be very difficult to cook through the middle. The edges were harder and the bread itself wasn't really bread-like. It was very dense. But with adjustments, it could be perfect I'm sure.

Lemon Trout

quite good! I've never cooked fish before, and this was easy and tasty. I used 1/2 c flour and halved the spices, and there were still left over dry mix. Thanks!

Pumpkin Bread

Reviewed: Jan. 7, 2011
Quite good. I made it according to recipe, adding a few spices, baked them for precisely one hour, and I can't complain with the results. I think it would be splendid with walnuts on top or within. =] Thank you Shirley!

Oatmeal Chocolate Chip Cookies I

Pretty good. I think my semi-sweet chips were too much. Might be better without chocolate or with raisins.
