IT WAS VERY JUICY..DID NOT ALTER IT AT ALL AFTER READING ALL THE REVIEWS..I guess I am used to alot more spice..My husband was not impressed at all..I wanted to add celery salt..sage..poulty season just like I do to all my whole chickens to give it that Thanksgiving taste..It was so bland..juicy..but very very bland..add all the dry spices u want..I added them to the gravy and it saved the chicken..thankgoodness..add garlic salt..everything u like..it still turns out really juicy..but with more flavor. I also did margarine bc some review said it made a huge difference. I think salted sweet cream butter like I use on everything would hv made it just as juicy..I will make it again..but use all my favorite spices!!!!
