Blackberry Muffins

Reviewed: Jun. 21, 2011
Absolutely wonderful! I made the first batch exactly as said except substituted with home milled wheat four and wild blackberries and made the second batch (because the first batch was eaten in about 30 minutes) with 1/2 wheat 1/2 spelt and used soured raw milk. Both were exceptional. Thank yo for sharing such a tasty, versatile recipe. This is now a family favorite.

Avocado and Black Eyed Pea Salsa

Reviewed: Feb. 20, 2010
Very healthy and delicious. Loaded with fiber and protein, but tastes wonderful. I did not have the required vinegar, so I used white wine and a little bit of white vinegar. I also doubled the spices because I'm a spice nut. Cut down Olive Oil by a little more than half. The recipe didn't need to be changed, I just did to acclimate it to our dietary needs. Simply wonderful!

First try at cooking Indian food. The meal was served 20 minutes ago and it's already gone. :)

Barley Bake

Reviewed: Feb. 16, 2010
Lovely and wonderful. I cut the butter by more than half and used chicken broth instead of veggie broth as it was all I had on hand. Full of flavor. Thank you so much for this great-tasting, healthy recipe!
