Hazelnut-Crusted Salmon

Awesome! My boyfriend ate the entire thing in 3 min he loved it so much. I made a few changes, I used half the amount of recommended mayo (i used regular mayo not fat free), and doubled the orange zest, which I added straight to the mayo. I also squeezed a little juice from the orange into the mayo, then spread it onto the fish. I used macadamia nuts instead of hazelnuts because I couldn't find any hazelnuts in my grocery store, and I didn't add any salt since the macadamia nuts already had salt on them. It came out delicious! Will definitely make this again!

Trinidad Stewed Chicken

awesome recipe! I used cubed chicken breasts, and I only marinated for the 1/2 hour suggested because I was short on time. I added 3/4 of a can of coconut milk, and some extra cilantro. I didn't have red pepper flakes, so i used some hot sauce to taste. I let it boil longer than the 10 min suggested because it was so watery, and ended up adding a little flour to thicken it. Came out great!!

Snowball Shrimp

I was not a fan... the mayo was too strong. I made it thinking it would turn out like the "milky chicken" that my chinese food restaurant serves, but it just tasted like mayo with sugar.

This was excelent! I made the recipe with no changes, and it tasted perfect. If I didn't know better, I would have thought I bought it at an expensive steakhouse!
