Chocolate Chip Banana Muffins

Reviewed: May 2, 2013
These are yummy! I reduced the sugar to 1/4 cup, because the banana makes them plenty sweet. I also used 1/4 cup butter and 1/4 cup coconut oil which I melted in the microwave in place of the veg oil. If I have white whole wheat flour, I use that instead of white flour. These are 5 star!

Coconut Chocolate Dream Pie

Reviewed: Jul. 1, 2012
This was incredible! Only changes I made were I omitted the OJ since I had none. Used almond milk instead of rice milk. Used 3/4 tsp vanilla and omitted the almond extract. I used the Graham Cracker Crust #2 on this site. My husband even liked it and he hates tofu. A light, delicious dessert! Thanks for sharing!!

Cinnamon Rolls III

Reviewed: Mar. 26, 2011
Yes, you can make these without the pudding mix. I left it out, since I didn't have any. The only other minor changes I made were that I also decreased the brown sugar to 1/2 cup and increased the white sugar in the dough from 1 tbsp to 1/4 cup. I also added raisins liberally to the filling. I baked them for 25 minutes. They were delicious, and the frosting was outstanding. Great recipe!

Creamy Chicken Dijon

Reviewed: Feb. 2, 2010
This was delicious. I would substitute 1/4 cup of wine for 1/4 cup of water. I served it over fettucine and it looked and tasted like something you might get at Olive Garden. I also recommend sprinkling shredded parmesan cheese over the top. Yummmm
