Stuffed Pork Chops III

Reviewed: Mar. 23, 2010
These pork chops turned out so tender and flavorful !!! Never cooked stuffed pork chops this way before but I will definitely be using this method again. All that I did differently was to saute the onions in butter first as another member suggested and I didn't really care for the sugar so I will leave it out next time.

These turned out wonderful! I used the leftover corned beef that I made for St. Patricks day and light rye bread.

Slow-Cooker Corned Beef and Cabbage

Reviewed: Mar. 18, 2010
I made this for Saint Patricks Day and used beef broth in place of the beer and this turned out great! The leftover corned beef is great for Rueben sandwiches too.

Jif® Peanut Butter Blossoms

Reviewed: Mar. 17, 2010
This is always a favorite in my house and its a great recipe for kids to help with. Also, you don't have to use butter flavored crisco if you don't have it ....plain will work great too. I usually make a similiar recipe called Great American Peanut butter blossoms (found on the Hershey's kiss bag) but I liked this recipe much better!

Janet's Rich Banana Bread

Reviewed: Mar. 16, 2010
This is the best banana bread recipe that I have found... very moist and everybody in my family loves it !! My son loves banana bread so he had this in place of a birthday cake this year. The only changes I make is to use softened butter instead of melted and I mash most of the bananas instead of slicing them.
