Maple Salmon
Really enjoyed this recipe. My husband is wowed every time I make it. I personally use garlic powder instead of salt but that is the only change I make on it.

Updated Shepherds Pie
Love this recipe. Always get great reviews whenever I make it. I use whatever potatoes I happen to have around. When cooking the meat I add garlic, salt, pepper, onion powder, dill, and other seasonings that sound good at the time to help bring up the flavor. I also don't use four cups of veggies just a single bag of steamable veggies and it is plenty. Also, for the potatoes, I just make mashed potatoes like I normally would with butter and milk rather then using sour cream.

Slow Cooker Chicken and Dumplings
When I told my husband that I was planning on making this for dinner, he promptly told me that he has never had chicken and dumplings that he has liked before. I took the advise of other posters and added some seasons to it otherwise it would have been very bland. I added garlic powder, black pepper, and seasoned salt to the chicken itself before putting it into the crock pot. I added one can cream of mushroom and one can of cream of chicken soups. I went ahead and also added a green giant assorted veggies steam-able pouches still frozen. Lastly, instead of water, I added chicken broth to prevent the chicken flavor from being diluted. When all was said and done. My husband said it was the first chicken and dumpling recipe that he ever enjoyed eating and came back for seconds.
