Warm Dijon Potato Salad

Reviewed: Jul. 4, 2010
This was very good and easy. I tweaked mine heavily but I am picky so I won't penalize the poster for it so they got the 5 full stars. Here is what I did to mine. I doubled the Sauce, used Onion Powder insteaf of Onion. I also did not use anything crunchy and added a dollop of Worcestershire sauce. I cut my potaoes up then boiled them in water with a bit of Garlic Salt (we can never have too much Garlic.) for about 30 minutes. They were delish and thanks for posting this recipe. My DH and I really loved it.

I also didnt use bouillon because I cant ever find it in the stores here. Hubby loved it and says keep making it. Thanks!!! Oh I also used a can of chicken instead of a fresh chicken.

This was easy to make and really good. However I did double the sauce recipe like the other ladies suggested and used half/half I think whole cream is a bit too rich for my taste buds. It was a great recipe and thanks for sharing.
