Broiled Tilapia Parmesan
I made this with Basa fish, since that is what I had on hand, and the butter, parmesan, and lemon mixture was wonderful!
I did have to pretty much double the cooking times, since my fish was still half frozen, and I think my Basa filets may be thicker than the Tilapia would have been. However, it still came out beautifully!
I have a feeling I'm going to be eating fish more often!
