Blueberry French Toast
I have made this 3 times thus far. The first time "as is". No changes to the recipe. It was good, but a little on the sweet side and no enough fruit. The second time I made it, I doubled the blueberries in the french toast, and left out the maple syrup. The third time I "healthified" used sprouted grain bread, half egg white/half whole eggs, 4 cups of berries, and a tub of low fat ricotta cheese. I liked the last one the best.

Belgian Waffles
This recipe makes a very good waffle with a flavor and texture that cannot be beaten with a box mix. The only thing I would suggest changing is adding a bit more sugar. I like my waffles with a slighly sweeter flavor.

Amazingly Good Eggnog
If this recipe called for 1/2 the booze I would have ranked it a 5. After reading several reviews I cut back the alcohol by 1/2, other than that I made this just like the recipe stated. I tasted this soon after making it and it was good. By 24 hours it was better, and by 48 hours it was really good. So make this at least one day ahead, two if possible. If you like a strong alcohol taste, go ahead and make it full strength. If you like a lighter alcohol taste, cut it in half. Next time I will try some spiced rum.
