London Broil II

Reviewed: May 3, 2014
This was really good. I used olive oil because I didn't have vegetable but rest was as written. I left it in fridge in marinade all day long and it was cooked on a charcoal grill. It was so yummy I couldn't keep my 8 year old son from going back over and over again. Will use this again.

Cinnamon Swirl Bread for the Bread Machine

Reviewed: Jun. 28, 2013
I make this all the time. Just add some raisins sometimes. It is so easy :) It takes about two hours for mine to double in pan. That could be because I do not use bread flour and I keep my house as an icebox but it is so worth it. About 20 minutes worth of work for a wonderful treat. The bread machine is the best thing ever

Poochie Meat Cakes

Reviewed: Jul. 16, 2012
Ok so I didn't have this much ground beef and my dogs are spoiled so I used what I had in the freezer which was sausage n beef cubes. I cut the cubes up in small pieces and made the recipe as called for. My very spoiled beagles loved it. The only other change I made was I don't have this many muffin tins so I used a bread pan and made it like a meatloaf. I will cut off a slab for each of the dogs. Dogs went nuts for it. Not sure if they will ever go back to dog food.

Baked Spaghetti

Reviewed: Dec. 9, 2010
I make this often for my house of 5. I have been for years. The only thing I do differently is add the big jar of sauce. I use my favorite kind or whatever is on sale. It just needs more sauce or is dry. I also add extra cheese because in this house there can never be to much cheese in anything. It makes a lot. We usually still have over half the pan left. I give some to my mother and step-father everytime I make it and still have leftovers. Small family cut in half.

Overnight Blueberry French Toast

Reviewed: Sep. 1, 2010
I only gave three stars because I do not like mushy bread. The top layer was crispy but the bottom layar was like bread pudding. My kids wouldn't touch it. I will try again using the suggestions in the reviews. I will cut the milk down and cut the cream cheese smaller. The sauce over top was really good. Very sweet. I am also going to try this with strawberries. The only difference I did on the recipe was used frozen blueberries. I thawed them first and that worked fine.

Homemade Bread

Reviewed: Aug. 18, 2010
I decided to teach my 8 year old to bake bread. This was an easy recipe for her to learn on. The only thing she did not like about baking bread was the wait time. For the bread recipe it was really good.
