Fast Chicken Soup Base

I've made this soup twice so far... It's INCREDIBLE! The first time was good, but the second time I made it was great! Here are some things I did different the 2nd time: 1) Let the skins & bones cook in broth 35 minutes 2) Put the skins & bones in a strainer when you're done and collect the juice than runs out from it and put it back in the soup 3) Let the veggies cook longer (they weren't done the first time we cooked this) I LOVE this soup and will be making it over and over! Thanks a lot for sharing!
