Baked Lemon Chicken with Mushroom Sauce

The lemon flavor in the chicken was excellent! However the mushroom sauce ruined the dish in my opinion. I would leave the sauce out and just have he mushrooms sauteed. I also the like the chicken in the pan better than in the stove. The chicken gets 5 stars but the mushroom sauce brought it down to three.

Hot Shredded Chicken Sandwiches

Not the worst chicken sandwich I have had but not the best. I found it to be very much lacking in flavor. I had to add more spices.

Simple Slow Cooker Meatloaf

I have tried and tired to make the perfect meatloaf and every recipe failed except this one!!! My kids and husband all over it and asked for seconds! LOVE IT!!!!!!!!!
