Peach Cobbler II

Reviewed: Sep. 24, 2010
I tried doubling the recipe and cutting down the sugar. Do not try it. There was to much water and the base did not clear up, I think due to the lack of sugar. The taste was good. Next time I will fallow the recipe and try it again.

Turn out great and are very easy to make. I added dries cranberry and coconut. And after I spread them out I added sea salt and milk chocolate chips. You can get very creative with this recipe.

I found the recipes to sweet so I added the whole half gallon of ice cream and added cinnamon, nutmeg and cloves to my taste. My husband said it tastes like a dessert.

Slow Cooker Tapioca Pudding

Reviewed: Feb. 20, 2011
Too much liquid. I am going to try a little more tapioca (3/4 c) and sugar (1c) or less milk (3 1/2). It was done at 3hrs on low in my slow cooker. Over all I liked it I will use it again.

Chicken Pot Pie IX

Reviewed: Mar. 8, 2013
Loved it, we ate the whole thing between 2 of us. I added potatoes and it worked well in a pre- made crust. Take out the top crust a 1/2 an hour before so it thaws and it is easier to work with. I cooked my bottom crust by itself for 15 minutes.
