Deep-Dish Beef Bake

This recipe was very easy and tastes good but is way too rich for me. Anyone who likes white sauces on their pasta will love it! ***Next day comment: I figured out the key is to only add a little of the sauce to the pasta. Don't over do it, a little goes a long way! Its perfect and tones down the richness.

Cabbage Hamburger Bake

First of all, this has got the be the easiest recipe ever! However, after I baked it for 50 minutes the cabbage was still raw so I took a spoon and stirred the layers all together. That seemed to help. In total I think I ended up baking it for an hour and a half. I have to admit I had serious doubts but it was surprisingly pretty tasty! Served over white rice.

Chicken with Stuffing

This tasted great and was very easy. THe only thing I did different was that I boiled the chicken first because it was frozen. Since the chicken was done when I put it in the crock pot it took half the time.

Roasted Garlic Mashed Potatoes

Ortega® Black Bean Soup

Suprisingly Yummy! This recipe was great! After I put the ingredients together, I was a little unsure of how I would like it, but it tasted great! A small dollop of fat free sour cream instead of the yogurt topped it off!

Baked Salmon II

Salsa Biscuit Chicken

This is a great recipe! Very quick & easy! My 1 year old even loved it! I'm going to try this recipe again, but this time I'm going to try the chicken mixture in flour tortillas (enstead of biscuits) and add jack cheese to it. Then they will be chicken soft tacos!
