Taco Seasoning I
This is a very good recipe. I made it a couple weeks ago. There is one glaring flaw in the recipe though. There is nothing to thicken the seasoning. You should definitely at a TBSp or two of cornstarch to this mix, because when you're cooking up the meat you have to add water. If you simply add the cup of water to a pound of ground beef, it comes out very watery. Add some cornstarch to this to thicken it up and you'll be in for some great tacos.

Taco Seasoning II
I really like this seasoning. It tastes a little better than the store bought stuff. However, when I'm making my ground beef and adding this stuff, I usually add water to the beef, as I'm sure most people do when they're making taco meat. There is

Baked Teriyaki Chicken
This stuff is AWESOME! Great on baked chicken. I like to add a little more cornstarch to make the sauce thicker, but that's it. As for the chicken, I've added the sauce two different ways. The first time I simply poured all the sauce on top. It came out great. The second time I followed the directions here and turned the chicken over multiple times, hitting it with the brush. My conclusion? It actually came out better pouring the sauce on top of the chicken. The sauce seems to permeate the entire breast/thigh this way. I didn't get as good of a taste turning it over constantly and brushing it, and it took much less effort. Note: I still turned the chicken over at regular intervals. After experimentation, I'm thinking I may try dipping the entire breast or thigh in the sauce and then baking it, maybe dipping it in the sauce once more in the middle and putting a little bit of sauce on the bottom of the pan. When I baked it IN the sauce, it had a nice brown color on top where the sauce caramelized a bit (Due to the sugar I guess). Dipping the whole breast or thigh in the sauce will probably have this result on the entire piece, resulting in a very nice looking and great tasting piece of chicken.
