Peach Raspberry Cobbler

Reviewed: Sep. 14, 2006
Way too much liquid. Between the melted butter and the milk it was very moist, almost to the point of being gooey. The taste was excellent- but I will cut back on the milk and butter if I make it again.

Easy Red Beans and Rice

Reviewed: Oct. 28, 2002
This is an easy and healthy recipe. I offer cajun seasoning for sprinkling for those that like it spicy. My toddler loves it as is! A definite keeper.

Alyson's Broccoli Salad

Reviewed: Jul. 15, 2002
I lightly steamed the broccoli first and used less bacon and bacon flavored sliced almonds instead of the sunflower seeds. Very good!

Honey-Lime Marinated Chicken Wings

Reviewed: Jul. 15, 2002
These wings were great - but I cooked them at 375 for 25 minutes on each side based on prior chicken wing experience! I served them cold at a party - but they had more lime flavor when they were hot.

Baked Beans II

Reviewed: Jul. 9, 2002
These beans are great! I only used 1/4 cup each of brown sugar and ketchup, so there was no problem with it being "runny". I also cooked 4 slices of bacon then chopped it and mixed it in. That way I could use more bacon, but keep the grease out.

Gingerbread I

Reviewed: Nov. 25, 2001
I really enjoyed this cake. It was easy to make with ingredients I had on hand. I used regular molassas instead of light. It turned out wonderful!
