Cocktail Meatballs II

No time to make meatballs - I used frozen meatballs, put them in a crockpot, poured the sauce over and cooked on low until party time ... this gets rave reviews every time!

Cheesy Vegetable Soup I

Loved this soup! Added mushrooms and celery. Cut margarine in half. Next time Ill add either lump crab or shrimp and maybe a pinch of cayenne or Old Bay seasoning.

Grandma's Famous Salmon Cakes

I was skeptical about this recipe because there are so few ingredients, but decided to try it based on all of the reviews. The only addition I made was about 1/4 cup of light Bisquick mix. My husband, who rarely raves about anything made with canned salmon, thought it was amazing!

Trout with Lime and Thyme

I used Rockfish and tilapia and substituted the juice of a lemon for the lime because that's what I had ... it was healthy, delicious, and so easy!

Baked Salmon Fillets Dijon

Rosemary Chicken

This was disappointing. The chicken cooked through but the onions did not caramelize, and it seemed too salty. Would not make it again.
