Banana Oat Muffins

SO delicious! Moist, great texture, and just the right amount of banana flavor! I subbed whole wheat flour for half of the flour, as well and it turned out great!

Chicken and Stuffing Casserole

This recipe is so quick and easy! I did make the following changes, but it turned out delicious anyway! Instead of a whole chicken I only had two very large chicken breasts (maybe close to 2lbs of meat). I boiled them and then I added about 2 cups of frozen green beans (thawed) to make up the difference. I also used 1 cup of buttermilk instead of evaporated milk - REALLY good substitution - LOTS of flavor from it. Everything turned out great and it was like all major food groups in one! Tasty :)

Lemon Square Bars

Yuuuuummmmmyyyy!!! These bars turned out awesome! I always buy the Krusteaz lemon or lime bars and these turned out just as good and it makes more than the mixes do:)

Grandma's Sweet Slaw

This recipe is easy and WONDERFUL! I had tried a buttermilk recipe on here and it was okay, but definitely lacking something. I think the tanginess the vinegar gives is really delicious. I did add about a teaspoon of celery seed, but that was the only thing I changed. Enjoy!!

Banana Muffins II

OH MY GOSH! These muffins are exceptional! I did change a couple of things like others suggested. I used applesauce instead of butter (1/4 cup) and added a dash of cinnamon and nutmeg. I have not had such good luck substituting applesauce for oil/butter in the past with other recipes, but this time it worked! SO good...can't wait to make them again!

Big Soft Ginger Cookies

Imitation Meatloaf

Ummm....This was not AS good as I'd hoped for, but it wasn't horrible either. It was just a little bland and could be a little more moist. Not sure if adding more crushed tomatoes would help?

Minnesota Pork Chops
