Oatmeal Blueberry Muffins

Reviewed: Jan. 24, 2009
This are quick, easy and nutrition! I used applesauce in place of the oil to make them a bit healthier. I also used old fashioned oats because that was what I had on hand. They turned out perfectly and I did have any problem with them falling apart as was stated in other reviews.

Ronaldo's Beef Carnitas

Reviewed: Aug. 3, 2004
Fantastic! Since it is too hot to be using the oven this time of year I put my roast into the crockpot for about 8 hours. It turned out perfect!

Wow! This recipe is amazing. I have given the recipe to so many people. It seems like you can use different cuts of pork and still have wonderful results. Yummy!

I had never made Orzo before, but this was excellent. Served it with Champagne Chicken from this site and the two went well together.

German Apple Pancake

Reviewed: Feb. 9, 2004
I LOVE this recipe. My mom used to make something similiar when I was a kid. Making it in a skillet really makes a difference. I have made this several times and it came out much better when it was in the skillet. I also cut down on the amount of butter I put on the skillet. I use just enough to cover the skillet thinly, 1/4 of a cup is too much and causes the dish to be too buttery.

Easy Shake and Bake Chicken

Reviewed: Dec. 11, 2003
I followed another reviewer's advice and used skinless boneless chicken breasts because that was all I had. It came out very good. Next time I think I might use less butter, I think 1/2 cup was too much. I will try this again with drumsticks to see how that comes out as well! Very easy versatile recipe.

Scottish Oat Scones

Reviewed: Dec. 10, 2003
Delicious! The oats give this scone a wonderful flavor. I took other reviewer's advice and shaped the dough into balls rather than wedges. I was so happy with how they came out that I immediately made a second batch!

This recipe amazed me. I didn't think it would be good without tahini but, it was great! The fact that it is healthier than most other hummus recipes was a bonus. Very easy too!
