Marinated Grilled Shrimp

Reviewed: Jun. 1, 2010
The only change i made was that i bought white shrimp that was already on a sewer because it was easier and i cooked it on the George Forman, they were pretty tasty. Not the best shrimp i ever had but there was good flavor.

Baked Buffalo Wings

Reviewed: Jun. 5, 2010
The wings were really good, just needed a little more spice which i will fix next time. Mine were not soggy at all, very crispy on the outside and juicy inside. Only "lesson" i learned it to make sure to use enough cooking spray because some of my skin was pulled off onto the tin foil

Peanut Butter Cupcakes

Reviewed: Jun. 16, 2010
WONDERFUL! If you are serving them hot you MUST top them with marshmallow fluff and it makes them even more amazing! The only change I used the lemon juice instead of cream of tarter as reviewed by someone else.

Best Marinara Sauce Yet

Reviewed: Jul. 14, 2010
Wonderful! I used chicken broth instead of white wine because i am not yet at the legal age where i can buy wine and also the stewed tomatoes i got the italian type. Also the store had no parsley but since use the italian blend it made up for that. I will make this again

Prosciutto-Wrapped Chicken Breasts with Herbed Goat Cheese

Reviewed: Sep. 1, 2010
Wonderful! the only changes i made were that i did not use fresh basil and i used green onion instead of shallots because its what i had, also i used the thin sliced chicken which made stuffing them a little harder but it still turn out fabulous. Very moist chicken and the dates added a wonderful sweetness along with the creaminess of the goat cheese.

Key West Chicken

Reviewed: Sep. 22, 2010
It was pretty good i made a few changes: Doubled the Honey, used the juice from a whole lime. Also i only added a dash or 2 of soy sauce because i decided to use Ponzu sauce instead ( which is basically soy with a hint of lemon flavor). I left it marinate for about 24 hours. Served with Veggies and brown rice. Also used left overs the next day to make a chicken quesadilla

Baked Honey Mustard Chicken

Reviewed: Sep. 27, 2010
Wonderful, i used chicken tender stripes instead because I couldnt find thin chicken breast like i typically like to use. I used regular mustard not dijon even though like many have suggested it. But i also marinated the chicken for atleast 6 hours before baking. It was so moist and flavorful!

Reviewed: Oct. 6, 2010
Wonderful, it was very light and tasted healthy. I cooked the chicken in the oven for 25 mins at 350 after marinating for 24 hours. Then i took fresh mozzarella and I dipped it into olive oil and dried basil and then i put it onto of the chicken and cooked it for 5 more mins. took some more of the tomato and cooked it wil olive oil and balsamic in a pan for a few mins to put over the top and i also left 2 slices of tomatoes raw with salt and pepper.

Greek Penne and Chicken

Reviewed: Dec. 2, 2010
Wonderful! I used canned tomatoes (the basil, oregano, and garlic kind) instead of fresh tomato. I took the suggestions of other with the marinated artichoke hearts and i added some of the marinade while cooking the garlic and onions like suggested also. The last change i made was i used tomato and basil feta because it sounded good. Great recipe with the changes and i am sure it would have been wonderful without also

Chicken Milano

Reviewed: Apr. 26, 2011
Wonderful! I made it just like the recipe besides 2 things: I used dried basil and thin chicken breast. It taste like something you would pay at least $13 for in a restaurant. The flavors are wonderful and it looks so nice on a plate.
