Mine were raw on the inside. They were chewy but not in a good way. They tasted real good though, but then again, they were covered with sugar and cinnammon! I don't know where I went wrong or what I did different than the rest.. I followed the recipe exactly. I even repeated it and added more flour to take away the chewiness but the mixture got all sticky even when I kept adding more and more flour! I had to throw it away and start over again and ended right where I started: Raw churros.. which by the way were horrible next morning!

Apple Brownies
It is a simple and good recipe! I read the reviews while the pan was in the oven and was nervous that it turned out soggy or too sweet. I used an 8x8 round aluminum pan and kept it in the oven for about an hour and a half after inserting a toothpick several times. I crushed the apples because I don't like to feel the pieces of apple and still turned out good. Next time I'll probably use only 2 or 2and a half apples, although I really liked how it turned out! Thank you for sharing the recipe.

Bacon-Roasted Chicken with Potatoes
I changed the recipe a little but was still a delight. I only made mine with small pieces of chicken thighs and prepared them with cajun seasoning. I also filled them up with cheddar cheese and wrapped them with bacon and toothpicks. The potatoes were also flavored with cajun seasoning and sprinkled with cheddar cheese. Once the chicken and the potatoes were all set to go into the oven, I sprinkled the batch with italian seasoning to give it an extra touch of flavor. Finally, once they were done, I added mushroom cream into each particular dish before serving. In conclusion, DELICIOUS!!!!
