Honey-Ginger Grilled Salmon

My boyfriend made this for me and it was delicious. One thing the recipe doesn't explain is how to actually grill it. For the best flavor you should put the salmon on a heated grill flesh side down to sear it for about 2-4 minutes. Then flip it over and cook it skin side down for the remaining part until done. The fat (or whatever it is) between the skin and the fish will melt and you will not have that fishy taste that I don't like when I cooked my salmon any other way. Then he just scooped it off WITHOUT the skin and the skin stayed on the grill. Pretty cool :) He also put fresh dill on top toward the end of the cooking process. It was super good!

Awesome Spicy Beef Kabobs OR Haitian Voodoo Sticks

I was just about to give it 4 stars but decided to go with 5 because they were delicious even though they were way too salty. I didn't add salt and used Herbox (the brand) boullion. As always I tasted the marinade after adding all the igredients and it did tase salty but I decided to leave it that way concidering I was going to marinate less than 2 hours. They still turned out salty. The flavor was outstanding and for my taste not too spicy. I will definitaly be making it again but next time I will try a different boullion or add less of this one but most importantly I will trust my taste buds before mixing the marinade with meat.

Chicken and Bacon Shish Kabobs

GREAT RECIPE! Everyone was WOWED although I changed one thing. I used the "Iron Chef Sesame and Garlic Glaze" it's all natural and organic and very delicious. Each time I flipped the kabobs I glazed them with the glaze. I also added 2tbs to the original marinade. They came out perfect as all my friends were asking me for the recipe!!!! I also marinated the mushrooms separately and for a 1/2 shorter time than the chicken. Overall great recipe!!!!
