Cinnamon Teacake

Reviewed: Feb. 3, 2011
Very delicious for ingredients I already had around the house! The only change I made was I used all purpose flour with 1 teaspoon baking powder and 1/4 teaspoon salt in place of the self-rising flour.

Apple Sweet Potato Bake

Very delicious recipe. I didn't actually measure my ingredients, I just eyed it. But this is terrific! My husband had second helpings! I like being able to incorporate fruits into his diet.

Coconut Cookies

Reviewed: Aug. 25, 2010
Very delicious cookie recipe! I didn't have that cereal so I just used what I had - corn flakes. I didn't bother rolling them into perfect balls, I just clumped some together and stuck it on the cookie sheet. Will def go to this recipe often!

Pear Crumb Pie

Reviewed: Aug. 4, 2010
Tasty! I didn't have ginger or nutmeg, so I used a dash or two of pumpkin pie spice, and a rounded 1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon. The crust just falls apart, but still WAY enjoyable.

Spooky Witches' Fingers

Reviewed: Nov. 10, 2010
The only thing I changed in using this recipe, was I used mapleline instead of almond extract because that's what I had. These weren't sweet enough. I also used 3 drops green coloring, also. Very cool looking. Just not sweet enough and I didn't like the texture.
