Baked Teriyaki Chicken
This was the easiest and most amazing chicken dish. I was gloating the whole time that I made this sauce from scratch. I normally buy the teriyaki sauce, but not this time! I had people over and I tried this dish as soon as I received the email from allrecipes. It tasted like restaurant quality. My picky children loved the taste. The guests loved them and of course my husband did too. My family ate them the next day too and my daughter took a dish to her friend's house. I didn't change anything in the recipe or I would be rating my own! I only added a bit more of each ingredient as I did the whole leg cut up into two pieces each. That made 24 pieces. I didn't double the sauce, just a few tbsps more. I didn't find ginger powder so I used ginger paste, but past experience taught me to just put a tiny bit. So I used just as much as a pea size for the whole thing which didn't do much. I am telling you, try it and you will NOT regret it. My kids asked for it again for next weekend!

Easy Paella
I can't say it is amazing, it is good though. I didn't change much, I only removed the sausage. Put less chicken and shrimp and added the lemon juice of the lemon I zested. It felt like it could use some lemony taste. It looks very fancy!

Microwave Potato Chips
FINALLY!! I make chips once in a while, but I have a little kitchen gadget for that. But I never know the exact time and method, I have to just try and see. It is also more time consuming. So, now I tried this method which proved to be the best. I just sliced the potato with my chips slicer, without peeling as in the picture. Sprayed my parchment paper with vegetable oil. Seasoned the chips. Placed the slices without overlaying or touching. Covered them with parchment. All they needed was about 4 minutes WHILE WATCHING THEM and checking on them every 1.5 minute or so. Once they are golden, that is it. They are healthy, delicious and quick, took 10 minutes from start to finish to make 2 small potatoes. I LOVE chips, but I try to avoid them since I like to keep fit and healthy. Now, I don't have to feel guilty. I am eating them while typing this review! YUMMY! A quick update, I have made this recipe a number of times and became an expert so I took it to class and taught my students and they gave their parents the recipe and they are all making home-made chips guilt-free! THANK YOU!
