Real Italian Calzones
I loved this recipe...tried it for the first time tonight and my family loved it, even kids, which I thought would be picky(they do not like ricotta). YAY!!! They liked ricotta!!!I used pizza cheese & mozerella instead of cheddar, fresh basil instead of dried, & I was in a rush so used frozen bread dough(had that thawing while I was out running erands.) I put pepperoni, portabella mushrooms and onion in mine. So wonderful, thank you!

Clam Chowder Canadian Military Style
Sooo easy to make and I liked it alot. I will leave out the Thyme, when I make it again! I would add more clams.

French Canadian Tourtiere
Wow! I was very worried that this would not taste good. I needed a Canadian recipe for an Olympic theme pot luck. I loved it! Even kids like it, which surprised me. I highly recommend this recipe. I used 2 lbs of ground pork and 1/2 lb of beef, just because I love the pork better. It does fall apart when you serve it, but it still tastes incredible! I love the flavor! The Pilsbury pie crust was a great combination. I did brush the top of the pie crust with milk to brown it nicely. Please choose this recipe I did not add anything to it, although you can come up with you own creation.
