Oven Pot Roast

Oma's Fabulous Matzo Ball Soup

I haven't made this yet, but a owner of a deli who had great light matzo balls said the trick is to use seltzer instead of water to soak the meal in. I don't know if it true as I have not made them yet.

Simple Ranchy Breaded Fish Fillets

even my picky eaters ate it. Only thing different was dipped in milk and mixed dry ranch dressing mix with the bread crumbs but also added flour to the mixture about equal amounts as the bread crumbs (didn't measure)

Best Ever Sausage with Peppers, Onions, and Beer!

First browned sausage in pan, then removed and fried red, yellow, orange peppers, mushrooms with onions and in pan. Transferred the mixture to slow cooker.Then added the beer and 2 cans of tomato paste and garlic in pan. Used 2 tablespoons dried oregano and 3 tablespoons fresh parsley. Heated in slow cooker for 45 minutes on medium. Cut the sausage in bite size pieces.

Angel Hair Pasta with Garlic Shrimp and Broccoli

Wish I had read the reviews about doubling the sauce definitely not enough otherwise. Had to go back and make more to cover the pasta. Used fresh broccoli instead of frozen and just steamed it. It was delicious. Thank you
