Slow-Cooked Round Steak

I baked this in a covered casserole dish at 250 degrees for 2.5-3 hrs and it turned out great! The oregano and thyme added a nice extra flavor to an old classic.

Chocolate Zucchini Bread II

Sooooo so good! I was out of chocolate chips so I squeezed in some chocolate syrup instead. Very moist and quite tasty! A definite hit with family and friends.

Creamy Hot Chocolate

I used 4 c. milk and 1 c. water, and tossed in about 2 T. of creamy peanut butter for good measure. Fantastic!

Bacon Wrapped Stuffed Mushrooms

These are delicious, and so simple to make! I actually took them to a breakfast carry-in this morning, and they were a big hit. I used the large "stuffing" mushrooms, though - and next time I would use the smaller button mushrooms instead so that they would be more bite-sized.
