Easy Italian Chicken II

I also add soy sauce to the marinade. I marinate everything in a 2/3 Italian dressing and 1/3 soy sauce. It is fabulous grilled too. Always juicy and tender.

Mexican Grilled Chicken

This is awesome - grilled or baked! The quality of the chicken breast you get always makes a difference. I get the biggest pack of 3-4 unfrozen ones I can find and they always come out fork-cutting tender and juicy. I have made this about 20 times now. It has impressed many guests and is always a hit with the family. To bake it, I put the chicken in a square glass dish, cover it with the sauce, and bake at about 400-425 for 30 minutes or until the meat thermometer tells me it is done. I use my Kitchen Aid convection/toaster oven. Thank you for this great recipe!
