Schlotsky's Bread

Reviewed: Apr. 27, 2011
This bread is delicious! I used regular flour, but only used 2 1/4 cups of flour since the recipe said to reduce. Turned out great!

Asian Style Country Ribs

These smelled amazing, but they were too salty. I guess next time I will try a low sodium version of soy sauce.

Salad Dressing Cupcakes

Reviewed: Feb. 27, 2011
I was very scared when I made the batter and it still tasted like mayo. (I used low fat mayo instead of salad dressing) They were a little bit sticky, but they tasted wonderful, so it's okay that it still smelled/tasted like mayo before you bake it!

Beer Bread I

Reviewed: Jan. 24, 2011
This recipe is delicious! Looking at some of the other reviews, I didn't have self rising flour, so I used 3 tsp baking soda and 1 tsp sea salt. I also added 1/2 cup of sugar and drizzled olive oil over the top before I baked it. So much cheaper than TS! (And probably less preservatives!)

Caramel Apple Cheesecake

Reviewed: Nov. 21, 2010
This is AMAZING! I love it. The texture of the cheesecake itself is super creamy and delicious! I followed the recipe perfectly, but I added chopped walnuts and almonds because I didn't have the pecans.

Delicious Ham and Potato Soup

Reviewed: Sep. 12, 2010
This recipe is delicious! I added bacon, and a tablespoon of Tastefully Simple "Onion Onion" instead of the actual onions... I've never cared for the texture. The second step took about 11 minutes for me, but that could be because I used skim milk instead of a different kind, or it's my lame stove. Who knows! I'll definitely be eating this again!

1-Dish Taco Bake

Reviewed: May 30, 2010
WAYYY Too much yeast. The fritos were soggy for leftovers. Next time I'm going to use less yeast, and put the fritos on separately. Other than that, pretty tasty!

This banana recipe is amazing! I substituted 1/2 cup of canola oil instead of butter, and also doubled up on the bananas! Now it's Banana Banana Banana bread, and it was AMAZING!
