Mediterranean Greek Salad

Made this with a mediterranean pork loin and baklava. Everyone loved the whole meal. The salad was a good way to set the tone for dinner.

Baklava

Wonderful! Made it with Greek themed dinner. Everyone had to have seconds. It impressed everyone. I had never made baklava before, and it was easy to make. Tasted so good and we were glad we had a 9x13 pan!

Delicious Raspberry Oatmeal Cookie Bars

Love it. People were asking me today for the recipe. I doubled the crust recipe and put it in a 9x13. I found this recipe because I wanted to use some of the raspberries from the garden so I made my own sauce instead of using jam. Took 15 oz. of raspberries, 3.5 tablespoons of sugar, and 2 tablespoons of cornstarch in 3/4 cup water. The pan is already half gone. SOOO GOOD!

Topsy-Turvy Apple Pie

I only had one crust, so I put aluminum foil over the pie while baking it. I flipped it over and it is still easy to serve without the second crust. Tastes wonderful! It is like a caramel roll with apples.
