Hummus III
Wow! I've never made hummus before & found this recipe, thought I'd give it a try, and am glad I did. Used fresh lemon, fresh parsley, about 6-7 garlic cloves (inside ones so they are much smaller than outside of the head cloves), I don't know how much VOO, and garbanzo bean juice. I first went with the written recipe. It was too thick for my liking. So I started adding the garbanzo bean juice but then I lost flavor. So I added some cumin (a teaspoon to start), kosher salt, and cracked pepper. Still too thick but the taste was right on. So, I just keep adding the bean juice, cumin, salt, & pepper until I got it to almost the consistency I wanted. To get it to the super smooth consistency, I added more VOO. I used to go to this restaurant that made a fantastic hummus and this is right there. Sooo good. This recipe will get you on the path and it's up to you how you want it to taste. Everyone likes their hummus differently (that's why there are so many store flavors) but homemade is always the BEST!

Chewy Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Cookies
Best cookies i have ever made. And my c.c. cookies are known as "crack chocolate chip cookies". I went pursuing for a peanut c.c. cookie for my niece as she returns to college. I read the reviews on this one and just doubled up the recipe (she has a roommate after all). Came out wonderfully. Don't change a thing. This is truly a great recipe.

Bill's Sausage Gravy
Want to send this over the top? Substitute milk with heavy cream. The recipe stands alone in it's greatness though. Using the heavy cream just means there won't be any left over to freeze for later use.
