Yummy Roll Ups
I have made these before and swore I would never do it again because it was such a pain to spread the cream cheese. Well fact is, I like them so much that I had make 'em again. ;) This time I had the upper hand...I bought WW whipped cream cheese and let it get to room temp and then put it in a baggie, cut the corner and squeezed it out on to the ham! Perfect! I pat dried the pickles and wrapped those bad boys up. Into the fridge to chill for awhile and then to cut! Perfect.

Tiramisu Layer Cake
Yay! Finally tried this and loved it... I ended up with only two layers, Just didn't seem like enough batter for three pans. The cake itself wasn't as pretty as the one in the picture...but it sure was yummy! *I doubled the liquor and coffee everywhere. *Froze the mixing bowl and whisk and didn't beat the frosting too long (turned out awesome). *Used the mascarpone substitute. *I will def make again and do three layers.

Cream Cheese Squares
Love this recipe! Modified it a bit by decreasing the cream cheese to a 1/3 less fat, added one egg, and decreased the melted butter to 1/4 cup. Seems a bit less guilty by doing this! I've made it 3 times in the past 24 hours, my family loves it. I just took one pan out of the oven...I added "Simply Fruit" raspberry perserves to the filling....can't wait to try! I've already been thinking of other ways to make this!
