It was excellent! Moist, with great flavor. I followed the recipe fairly closely, though omitted the celery (the husband is not a fan) and added a cup of corn and some broccoli. As for the sauce, I increased the milk to 1 cup, kept the amount of chicken broth they same (though I used chicken bullion in water as a substitute), and doubled the pepper and celery seed. Next time (and there will definitely be a next time!) I will only do the normal amount or maybe 1 1/2 the amount of celery seed. I made a almost whole wheat pie crust with half crisco and half olive oil adapted from an old recipe I had lying around.
