Giant Chocolate Chip Cookie

I made this exactly as is. Only difference was the pan - I used a 15" circle cake pan. It turned out perfect and even popped out of the pan easily and in one piece. Tasted so yummy! Baked for 20 minutes.

Butter Flaky Pie Crust

Peanut Butter Dog Biscuits

Very easy to make, they roll out and bake nice AND my dogs LOVE them. I substituted the spelt flour for white flour - I don't even know what spelt is. Everything else I did exactly as called for.

Red Velvet Cupcakes

I made these exactly as the directions called for, the only change was adding red sprinkles on top. They were wonderful! My family loved them, they were for my daughter's birthday and she said they were the best cupcakes ever. Now, as far as comparing them to other red velvet recipes, I have no idea how they would compare, as we've only lived in the south for a few years and have only had the grocery store cakes and one not so good recipe a friend gave - these cakes are pretty much unheard of where I come from. They also made exactly 30 cupcakes.

Cordon Bleu Casserole

I've made this recipe several times and it's always a big hit. The only difference is that I make it with chicken instead of turkey, and the only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because it calls for too much bread crumbs. 3/4 cup is plenty.

Ricotta Gnocchi

This was my first time making Gnocchi and it came out wonderful - so easy. My family raved about it, so will definitely make it again. I would give this recipe 5 stars for taste, but b/c of the sauce I only gave it 4. I made the sauce per the directions, but the mozzarella made it turn into one big lump of goo. It still tasted great, but next time I will have everyone dish this up and then sprinkle shredded mozzarella on individual servings so it doesn't end up a big melted lump.

Best Big, Fat, Chewy Chocolate Chip Cookie

I have been using this recipe for almost a year now and it is by far the best chocolate chip recipe I've found. The first time I made it my husband and kids asked me to use it exclusively. They say that it is just like eating the cookies you find in the specialty stores. It is very chewy and yummy. I make the recipe exactly like the directions except I double it and use one bag of chocolate chips. I then chill it in the fridge - usually overnight, and then pop the cookies into the oven for 15 minutes exactly. My biggest problem is keeping everyone out of the dough before they get to the oven.
