Turkey Brine
Delicious flavor. Tender & juicy. Note that "Broth" and "Bouillon" are NOT the same thing. Bouillon's first ingredient is SALT. Broth is simply the flavored water that is strained off after cooking vegetables or poultry. If anyone is worried about brine being too salty, you may reduce the amount of sea salt by the amount of 'bouillon' that is used. (tsp for tsp)It is not too salty if you adjust the seasonings this way.

Butternut Squash Soup
Serve with hot Parmesan rolls or garlic bread sticks (homemade of course) 8oz of cream cheese is PLENTY! 4C chicken stock is just right. Can add some mashed potato flakes if soup is too thin. (Don't over do takes a minute for the potato to absorb the moisture) Use a stick blender to puree right in the pot. (No burned fingers or lid exploding like in blender) Puree is a must for creamy texture. You can substitute any kind of winter squash or pumpkin
